No, because cigarette smoke and internal combustion engines put out entirely different byproducts.It used to be that you could easily identify crazy people as they are the ones talking to themselves. Now with so many people using Bluetooth headsets, it's nearly impossible to tell who's crazy and who's having a phone conversation.
Someone who is crazy won't respond to you if you interrupt their conversation. The psychologically unstable person won't even know you're there. If a person has a "333" tattoo, are they only partly evil?
Who me someone who has that tattoo, then we'll talk. I've yet to see anyone with a "666" tattoo. This is an old one but still good: Why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?
Parkways are roads which have landscaped areas alongside of it, depicting parks. These plots of land is where the name "parkway" came from.
Driveways came about when people with large properties had long roads that led to their house. You had to drive from the public street to the house. So, you don't really park ON the driveway; you park at the END of the driveway. Nowadays, driveways have become shortened as house lots became smaller. The sad truth of it all is, these so-called rhetorical questions aren't really that rhetorical at all. It's just that people forget about or never learn the origin of words.
